We strictly prohibit and actively combat the distribution of harmful content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), blackmail, terrorist propaganda, hate speech, malware, and any other unlawful materials.

Particularly for CSAM, we maintain robust collaborations with international non-governmental organizations, child protection agencies, and law enforcement authorities. All identified instances are immediately reported to the relevant authorities, and we work closely with them to support investigations and prevent future occurrences.

We will take appropriate action in response to any notices of alleged copyright infringement or reports of illegal content that comply with applicable laws and are properly submitted to us.

Please note that the CloudVault team can only intervene on links hosted on CloudVault domains. Any removal request regarding links or content hosted outside of CloudVault's domains cannot be handled by our team.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please include the following information in your request via our contact page, selecting "Report Abuse / DMCA" as the subject:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on CloudVault.
  • Your contact information (name, email address, phone number, and physical address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
